What we collect, and what happens to it.

Who this is

Dwell Kept LLC operates dwellkept.network and is responsible for the information described here. We buy houses in the Kansas City metro on terms built around the seller.

What we collect

Only what the free offer request form asks for, plus the ordinary technical records any website produces.

• What you type into the form: your full name, the best email and mobile number to reach you, the property address, whether the property is currently occupied, and anything you choose to write in the optional “what is prompting the change” field.
• Ordinary request records: our hosting provider logs standard request data such as IP address, timestamp and browser user agent, the way every web host does. We do not build profiles from it.

We do not ask for a Social Security number, a date of birth, bank or card details, or loan documents through this site, and you should not send them through the form.

No cookies, no analytics, no trackers

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics package, no advertising pixel, no session recording, no chat widget, and no third-party script of any kind: every font, style and script is served from this domain. That is why you were not shown a cookie banner — there was nothing to consent to.

Why we use it

• To put together the offer you asked for on the address you gave us.
• To reach you about it by email, phone and text, and to send you a written purchase offer or a straight answer that the property is not a fit.
• To keep a record of the request, and to answer questions you ask us about it.
• To meet legal or record-keeping obligations, and to protect the form against automated abuse.

We do not use what you send us to build a marketing list unrelated to your property, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces a legal effect on you.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not trade it for anything. It is shared only in these situations.

• Service providers acting for us. The form submission is stored in the customer relationship platform we use to run intake, and it moves through our website host and our email and messaging providers. They handle it to provide those services to us, not for their own purposes.
• Professionals working on a specific offer. If your offer proceeds, the people preparing it — for example counsel, a title company, or an insurance professional — may see what is relevant to that work.
• When the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Calls and text messages

By submitting the form you agree that Dwell Kept LLC may contact you about your offer request by email, phone call and text message at the details you gave us. Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation about your property. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text from us to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not withdraw your request — we will simply use email instead. You can also ask us in writing to stop contacting you entirely, by any route, and we will.

Consent to be contacted is not a condition of anything being purchased, and the offer request itself is free either way. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we are working on it and for as long afterwards as we need it for our records, to answer a later question from you, or to meet a legal obligation. When none of those applies any more, we delete it or strip it of anything identifying. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do that instead, except where we are required to keep something.

Your choices

You can ask us to do any of the following, and we will not charge you for asking.

• Tell you what we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete it.
• Stop contacting you, by any or all routes.

There is deliberately no phone line and no booking calendar on this site, because neither exists yet, so the honest route is the same one everything else uses: send the request through the offer request form and write what you want in the last field. A person reads it. If you have already been in touch with someone here, replying to them works too and is faster.

Security, stated honestly

The site is served over HTTPS, the form posts to our own endpoint rather than to a third party, and access to intake records is limited to the people who need it. No one can promise that any system is impenetrable, and we are not going to be the first. If something happens that affects your information, we will tell you what we know rather than manage the news.

Children

This site is for people considering selling a house. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this page

If we change how any of this works, we change this page and move the date at the top. We will not backdate it.

One thing this page is not

It is not legal advice, and it does not create rights beyond what the law gives you. Dwell Kept LLC is not a licensed real estate broker, agent, property manager, attorney or financial advisor.
